I was, though, extremely bothered, by the way the author described Izzy at times; its as if the author doesn't have any experience with children. Izzy is supposedly 8 years old- this is mentioned multiple times in the book. Well written but definitely not a psychological thriller genre. More suited for young adults who want an uncomplicated romantic quick read. I had a hard time keeping up with the book. I just didn't feel like the words flowed.
